HACCP certified and approved to produce both Kosher and Halal products.

Ivanhoe Smoked Gouda has been smoked in the traditional European fashion using our own special blends of fine hardwoods. 3 Year Extra Old Vintage Cheddar
Our Extra Old Vintage Cheddar is carefully aged for a minimum of 3 years for a robust, full-bodied taste. Its rich texture is attributed to our high quality ingredients. It is almost always used for snacking and pairs well with fine wines.
Extra Old Cheddar
Our Extra Old Cheddar is aged for a minimum of one year. Compared to our younger cheddar, it is quite firm with a dry texture and very strong flavour. It is slightly crumbly, with a sharper, nuttier taste. It can be enjoyed as a recipe ingredient, sandwich enhancer, on a cheese tray, in sauces or soups.
Ivanhoe Old Sharpe has wide appeal across all age groups and is considered a gourmet treat for those looking for a robust cheddar flavour and a velvety-smooth texture. When heated to room temperature it makes an excellent spreadable cheese for use on crackers, bread and vegetables. For those who love to entertain at home, Ivanhoe Old Sharpe can form the base of a truly wonderful cheese sauce for use with pastas.
5 Years Extra Old Reserve Cheddar
Our 5 Year Old Cheddar has a longer maturation period than our other cheddars. It is carefully aged for a minimum of 5 years for a strong, bold taste. It is dry and has a crumbly texture. It is ideal for those who have a strong appreciation and preference for a bold flavoured cheese.
Delectably rich with a milky, buttery flavour, Colby cheese is produced in much the same way as cheddar, but has a softer, smoother texture. It is a versatile cheese great in cheese trays, salads, sandwiches, and canapés.
